If you are not 100% satisfied with your DC Shoes purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition. We aim to make the process as seamless as possible so you can get back to the skate park.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place your unworn items in the original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange is processed.
